Dhanush’s Jagame Thandhiram Netflix Release Date

Jagame Thandhiram is an action thriller and its release date is finally revealed after a long wait. Ever since the announcement, Dhanush’s fans are quite excited about the film but the delay in the release has left them in disappointment.

Jagame Thandhiram will premiere on 18th June 2021 on Netflix. The film will be released in Tamil along with Telugu, titled Jagame Tantram. It will also release in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages as well.

Jagame Thandiram Release Date Updates

The film was actually set to release on 1st May 2020 but then it got postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Then it was planned to release theatrically on 12th February 2021, which did not happen.

On 22nd February 2021, the trailer was released which confirmed that Jagame Thandhiram will release on Netflix instead of theatres. Many were anticipating that the movie will release on 26th March 2021. However, it was not confirmed by the filmmakers.

Finally, fans were elated to know that Jagame Thandhiram will release on 11th June 2021, as announced by LetsOTT through Twitter. But again this date also got postponed and now makers have officially announced the release date to be 18th June 2021.

Jagame Thandiram starring Dhanush is written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Aishwarya Lekshmi and James Cosmo play important roles in the film whereas Joju George and Kalaiyarasan will be seen in supporting roles.
