It was directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by S.Sashikanth, Chakravarthy Ramachandra under production companies Y NOT Studios and Reliance Entertainment. It was written by Karthik SubbaraJ and the music composed by Santosh Narayanan.

The movie was scheduled to release directly on the OTT platform Netflix. The official release date of Jagame Thandiram is June 18, 2021. The running time of the film was 2 hours 37 Minutes (157 Minutes).
