Sivakarthikeyan’s “Doctor” Movie OTT Release Date: Hotstar

The much-anticipated movie Doctor starring one of the most talented actors, Actor Sivakarthikeyan, was decided to release on March 26, 2021. However, the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections were taking place during that time, leading to a delay in the premiering of the movie. The pandemic situation that has made everything so uncertain is also responsible for the delay in the premiering date.

There was also no news as to which digital platform will bag the rights of this film. While there is an official announcement regarding the OTT platform, the release date is still a secret.

This Tamil movie is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and is produced by Sivakarthikeyan. After much speculation, the comedy thriller is finally hitting the theatres in mid-2021. “Doctor” will also be releasing on an OTT platform, the digital rights have been signed by Disney + Hotstar. The OTT release of the movie is predicted to take place in July. There is confusion regarding whether the film will be first released in the theatres or on the OTT platform.
