One of the most anticipated movies of 2019, War starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is hitting the screens today, on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi. The power-packed action entertainer is directed by Sidharth Anand who previously worked on hit films like Salam Namasthe, Bachna Ae Haseeno and Bang Bang.
Hrithik’s last film Super 30 was successful at the box office as well as critically acclaimed. In war, he is totally in a different avatar ready to entertain us with his mass looks and great dance moves.

This is the first time Hrithik and Tiger Shroff are coming together who are known to be similar to their flexibility and dance moves. Hrithik’s fans waited long enough for him to be back in an out and out action film after Bang Bang.
The movie has Vaani Kapoor as a female lead opposite Hrithik who previously worked in Sudh Desi Romance and Befikre both of them are produced by Yash Raj Films. The film has an ensemble cast of Asutosh Rana, Dipannita Sharma and Anupriya Goenka in supporting roles.
Coming to the crew, the movie’s music is composed by Vishal-Shekhar and the background score is by Sanchit Balhara. The cinematography of the movie is handled by Benjamin Jasper and the dialogues are written by Abbas Tyrewala. The story of the movie is written by Sidharth and Adithya Chopra which tells us the story of Khalid, an Indian soldier who has to find Kabir an escaped former soldier.
The movie is all about the war between the two. Tiger plays the role of Khalid while Hrithik plays Kabir. Ashutosh Rana plays the role of Colonel Luthra. The movie is being released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
War Movie Review
If you have watched the trailer, you will get an idea of the film. You feel the film promises to give tight action scenes. And you will not be disappointed. War certainly has one of the best high voltage action sequences in Bollywood movies.
Both Hrithik and Tiger Shroff put up top-notch performances. Their physic, dialogue delivery, dance, acting and everything else is high class. Both in and out of the film, both these characters seem to be in ‘WAR’ with each other.
The story is interesting and thrilling. The screenplay is gripping and engaging keeping you rooted every moment. The visuals are terrific. The budget of the movie certainly shows in every frame. The action sequences are unbelievable. Even the VFX is convincingly good.
All in all, it is an action-packed entertainer. If you looking for something that can let you forget about everything else in your life, then War is the film for you. Check out this movie only on Big screens.
