When’s the release date for KonoSuba Season 3?
There has been no final confirmation about the third season of Konosuba. But that does not mean the third season can’t be kept aside since the fans hope for the next season. The second season was released on January 12, 2017. Fans were lucky to see some OVAs after the second season’s release, creating hype for the season 3 release.

The production team did not hold any press meet to confirm any date about the release, but the chances are that chapter 3 of KonSuba might be premiered at the end of June 2021. Cast for KonoSuba Season 3:
Since no confirmation of season 3 of the KonSuba release, therefore the cast is still not confirmed. The cast of seasons 1 and 2 is being used for the movie. Therefore we can assume the same cast will be returning for season 3.
The voice cast featured Sora Amamiya as Aqua, Rie Takahashi as Megumin, Ai Kayano as Darkness, Jun Fukushima as Kazuma. The director, scriptwriter, and composer might also be the same since they worked for the first two seasons and the movie.
The plot of KonSuba Season 3:
No official plot details confirmed, but we can guess from the light novels the series is taken. The first season followed volume 1 and volume 2 of the light novels, whereas season 2 followed the story in volumes 3 and 4. The film was the continuation of the first two seasons and based on volume 5.
So we can assume that the third season would be based on volume 6. The story might highlight Kazuma interacting with The Crown after his win against the Demon King. The story might further revolve around the romantic relationship between Kazuma and Megumin.
